Hello, my name is Kemar "Anson." I’m a Health & Wellness Coach and Personal Trainer with a deep personal passion for health and well-being.
My journey began with my mother's mobility issues. As she aged and subsequently passed away in January 2024, she lost her strength and mobility despite having had an active life. It emphasised to me the crucial importance of maintaining muscle strength and healthy eating.
My philosophy? A healthier society means lower healthcare costs and better lives for all. Insurance companies incentivize healthy living to reduce their claims further convincing me that preventative health is key. Personally, my sinus/cold/flu issues have significantly reduced just by leading a more active and healthy life.
Driven by my mother's struggles, I aim to empower people to make healthier choices, and create better eating and active living habits. My mission is more than fitness; it's about a wellness mindset for a happier, healthier tomorrow.

I have spent 20 years competing in fitness including competitive long distance running and bodybuilding. I have experienced first-hand how hard it is to know what is best for your body. That's why I spent six years of studies in health and fitness, and the impact of nutrition on weight management. My 4-Step Program will help you adopt healthy habits to support your weight management and fitness goals. This is a guarantee, no matter your age or physical fitness level!

We start with assessing your current health and fitness, and setting objectives. We also review your nutrition and the foods you like.

A custom exercise program is created for you and I show you how to perform the exercises correctly. I also provide nutritional tips to help you make better shopping choices.

You execute the program based on our agreed location, duration and frequency. All you (may) need are some weights and resistance bands. That’s all it takes!

Periodically, we have a 1-on-1 session as agreed; where we go over the exercises, progress and (let’s be honest) pitfalls; adjustments will be made based on results.
I don't have a physical location, so I don't need to bring you in to pay the rent! As your Personal Wellness Relationship Partner, my services are personalised and completely based on your needs. Exercise is essential for both physical and mental well-being. As a Certified Coach I design a workout regimen to suit your needs and abilities; yet still challenges and motivates you. You execute the program, and we have periodic coaching sessions to correct your form and monitor your progress.
We work together to identify and implement small changes to your existing daily routines; supporting creation of healthier habits to enhance your overall well-being by incorporating ways to stay active and destress. This can be done for you as an individual or for your family.
We create a personal meal plan based on your objectives, your body's needs, and your food preferences. This plan is crucial to helping you stay motivated throughout your journey of creating the best version of yourself.
